Edoardo Miroglio winery presented itself at the Green Life Expo 2016 - an exhibition for natural and healthy lifestyle, which will was held from 25 to 27 August 2016 in the seaside city of Burgas. The visitors got acquainted with the cleanest and most environmentally friendly bio wines of Edoardo Miroglio winery. In the divine drink of organic varieties for the treatment of which no herbicides and chemical fertilizers are used and the vines are not sprayed with any chemicals. That's why you will find an incredibly well-balanced taste. A simplified way of production is used in which the intervention is minimized - no preservatives, sugars, filtering agents and others. It's all natural.

VIOGNIER & TRAMINER
Viognier and Gewurztraminer
Straw-yellow with greenish nuances.
Delicate fruity nose enhanced by herbal fragrances.
The taste is fruity, fresh, elegant and well-balanced.
In stainless steel tanks.
Fish dishes and white meat, pasta and pizza with sea products and fresh yellow cheeses.
Rosé Bouquet & Mavrud
BIO ROSE BOUQUET & MAVRUD (Organic Wine)
GRAPES: Bouquet and Mavrud
COLOUR: Vivid colour with “onion skin” nuances.
AROMA: Delicate fruity nose, with the typical characteristics of both indigenous
TASTE: The taste is elegant and well balanced, with development of pleasant fruity
flavours in the mouth.
AGEING: In stainless steel tanks.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Cheese, seafood, and on its own.
MAVRUD & RUBIN
Mavrud and Rubin
Intense and vivid ruby colour.
Complex and fresh fruity nose with red fruit nuances: blackcurrant, cherry and blackberry, elegantly balanced with the oak. Distinctive typical aromas of the indigenous grape varieties.
The taste is elegant and well balanced. Rich fruity flavour, well balanced acidity and tannins.
6 months aging in botti (French oak, 33 hl capacity) and Bulgarian oak barrels (500 l).
Pasta, pizza, red meat dishes, barbeque and yellow cheese.
Bouquet (Indigenous Bulgarian grape variety, crossing between Mavrud and Pinot Noir, grown in the region Elenovo village)
Brilliant ruby colour
Intensive fruity nose, rich in fresh red and black fruits.
The taste is very light, typical for a young red wine. In the mouth the wine is fresh and fruity, succulent, with silky tannins, elegant and well balanced finish.
Perfect for pasta, pizza, lighter meat dishes and different types of yellow cheese. It is to be served slightly chilled (13C)
is made by the technology used in France for Beaujolais Nouveau, i.e. carbonic maceration.
