Bouquet (Indigenous Bulgarian grape variety, crossing between Mavrud and Pinot Noir, grown in the region of Elenovo village)
Brilliant ruby colour.
Intensive fruity nose, rich in fresh red and black fruits.
The taste is very light, typical for a young red wine. In the mouth the wine is fresh and fruity, succulent, with silky tannins, elegant and well balanced finish.
Perfect for pasta, pizza, lighter meat dishes and different types of yellow cheese. It is to be served slightly chilled (13 °C).
The wine is made by the technology used in France for Beaujolais Nouveau, i.e. carbonic maceration.
