Sparkling wines by the Classical method
Inspired by the great French sparkling wines from Franciacorta in Italy the winery decided to specialize in the production of wines by the classical method or the so-called Champagnoise. All wines age in the bottle for at least 36 months before being subjected to degorgement.
Edoardo Miroglio winery is presently the only one in Bulgaria which produces sparkling wine by the classical method with success.
