Brut Blanc de Blancs
Straw-yellow colour with golden nuances. Fine bubbles in a persistent stream.
Intense, elegant and fine, the nose shows fruity aromas (grapefruit, lemon and white fruits), salvia and brioche in the finish.
Complex, fine, fresh, dry, intense and pleasant. Very good balance between nose and taste.
Minimum 24 months on the lees.
To be served as an aperitif, fish dishes, white and yellow cheeses
