Every year just before the harvest, Edoardo Miroglio personally selects the best grapes from the vineyards.
Exactly this selection is in the foundation of the wines that could be included in Elenovo Reserve. After aging in oak barrels the wine is tasted and only the best is allocated and labeled as Elenovo Reserve.
The Elenovo Reserve wines are single vineyard - finely selected, aged and satisfying the most demanding customers and their expectations.
