Full and rounded, with fine ripe tannins, completed by a lingering velvety finish.
10 months in 225 l French oak barriques, while part of the wine ages in 3 ton classic French oak barrels.
Perfect with meat entrées, spicy pasta, lasagna, spicy minced meat dishes, pork, grilled meat, white and yellow sheep cheeses.
