King of the Belgians movie heads towards Venice in the company of Edoardo Miroglio winery
The co-production of Belgium, the Netherlands and Bulgaria with the participation of Nina Nikolina and Valentin Ganev is in the Horizons competition program at the world's oldest film festival in the world – Venice (31.08-10.09).
The movie is filmed almost entirely in Bulgaria. Nina Nikolina takes part as a Bulgarian traditional singer with whom the King falls in love. Valentin Ganev is the deputy director of the Turkish secret services whose mission is to get the King back to Istanbul.
The festival being 1 of the 3 most famous and prestigious festivals in the world will feature the Bulgarian wines of Edoardo Miroglio winery – EM Chardonnay and EM Mavrud.
The special guests of the festival are: Jessica Woodworth and Peter Brosense – directors, Giorgio Gosetti – director of Venice Days, Pascal Dior – director of the industry at the festival and Nick Holdsworth – famous journalist are going to receive gifts from the winery – the quality Bulgarian wine Elenovo Mavrud.
