Rosè de Noir

Grapes:
100% Pinot Noir.

Colour:
Pink to onion peel colour, delicate and brilliant.

Aroma:
The nose is delicate, spicy and fruity, with hints of strawberry, red cherry nuances and dry leaves.

Taste:
In the mouth it is etherial and elegant, with very well balanced acidity.

Ageing:
In stainless steel tanks.

Serving suggestion:
Fish dishes, white and fine dark meats, pasta and pizza with sea products, white and yellow young cheese.
